If you are visiting Madrid you have to book a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are very nice. The overall atmosphere was alright.

The reserving process is very simple and intuitive, the hotel and cafe service is excellent, incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is renovated and also the rooms are extremely thoroughly clean.

I have booked the room for seven nights with my fiance. Beds ended up comfortable and the room was normally clean up. The employees have been incredibly useful and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean and the shower was excellent. Not a very social hotel at least all along our stay.

Pretty pleasant and clean hotel. The area where is located is excellent, exactly what we wanted. Beds ended up extremely cozy. There wasn’t much about the social atmosphere nevertheless it is excellent for a complete night relaxation. I loved my days here enormously and will probably come again for my next stop by here.

The employees were being incredibly helpful and friendly and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean plus the shower was excellent. Not an extremely social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Good location, anything is within walking distance. Staff members are super friendly and useful and talk fantastic English. There are activities each night time and it´s a very good way to meet people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s quite insignificant. Great value for the price!
